Lowry Real Estate

lowry_350Lowry, CO is a residential community in southwest Denver. Like its cousin Stapleton, Lowry real estate had its origins in aviation. Created from Denver’s 3-square-mile Lowry Air Force Base which closed in 1994, residents here enjoy a quick 14 minute drive to the city center.

Even closer access to upscale Cherry Creek Shopping Center (3 miles) and the Denver Tech Center (5 miles), Lowry’s redevelopment plan was an even more immediate success with homebuyers than Stapleton’s. Today that trend continues with Lowry homes for sale appealing to urbanites, families and working professionals alike.

Other nearby neighborhoods includes East Colfax to the north, Montclair to the northwest, Hilltop to the west, and Windsor to the south.
